In 2015, THE ONE Humanitarian Award launched its first local award, THE ONE Hong Kong, to inspire the community and show a positive side to the city.

THE ONE Hong Kong winner receives HK$500,000 while the other two finalists receive HK$150,000 each.

THE ONE Hong Kong heroes help tackle various issues faced by communities in Hong Kong, and cover a variety of causes ranging from education to healthcare. Many work with underprivileged communities including troubled youths, persons with disabilities, the intellectually disabled, and the elderly, impoverished and homeless.

「THE ONE 無名英雄」人道獎在2015年首次推出本地獎項「香港無名英雄」人道奬，目的在於激勵社區並展現城市積極的一面。

「香港無名英雄」人道獎的獲勝者將獲得 50 萬港元，而其他兩名決賽入圍者將各獲得 15 萬港元。

香港的無名英雄們著眼於社會上需要關注的各項議題，涵蓋範圍從教育以致醫療、保健等。他們致力服務不同類型的弱勢社群，包括邊緣青年、傷健人士、智力障礙人士、老病弱者、低收入家庭以及露宿者。
